3. ORDERS
When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the relevant product or products.
Receiving an automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.
A contract for the purchase will be formed when we confirm acceptance of your order or otherwise clearly indicate that the order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
• A product is unavailable;
• There has been an obvious pricing or description error;
• Payment cannot be authorised;
• We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity;
• We cannot deliver to the requested destination; or
• We are otherwise unable lawfully to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the relevant amount.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
The price payable will normally be the price displayed when you place your order, subject to correction of obvious errors.

We will endeavour to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated times stated on our website or during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Where you purchase as a UK consumer, responsibility for the goods will pass to you when you, or a person identified by you to receive them, takes physical possession of them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

JKJ Williams currently offers an additional voluntary 30-day returns policy, subject to the conditions described in that policy.
UK consumers may also have statutory cancellation rights for qualifying online purchases.
Nothing in our voluntary returns policy limits your statutory rights.
